Woman Kills NJ Man In Silicone Penis Enlargement Procedure
38-year-old Kasia Rivera is getting a new trial in the penis enlargement case that killed a 22-year old New Jersey man. Justin Street was hoping to save money on a penile enlargement procedure, and happened upon Rivera’s advertisement. On May 5, 2011, the self-professed, cosmetic surgeon administered a shot of liquid silicone into Street’s penis, which entered his bloodstream, killing him the next day.
The medical examiner ruled Street’s death a homicide from a silicone embolism. Rivera is facing a reckless manslaughter charge, and the unauthorized practice of medicine. Since her arrest for the death of Justin Street, Rivera was also arrested for administering silicone into butt and breasts.
Rivera seems to be digging her hole even deeper.
During her first trial for Street’s death, the court learned that Rivera’s uncle approached several jurors, offering $5000 in exchange for a favorable decision. Jurors were dismissed, and the new trial begins Sept. 8.
