Towards the beginning of this process, it was hard for our company to admit we needed to chsnge. But change was for the better and it is through this change we were able to reach our clients more personally. Clients are now told the ins and outs of their orders and campaigns.
Communication was never our strongest suit and so we changed our relationships with our clients. Previously our clients had to use a receptionist as a middle man, as a means to accomplish or communicate anything. We have eliminated the middleman, and have allowed our clients access to GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting is an online tool in which our clients can view exactly what we see.
This allows them to participate and communicate with us in a less frustrating manner than before. It has opened more doors than we ever thought possible.
Many of our current clients have had problems with other companies in the past who would sweet talk them in and not communicate to their needs. We want to eliminate these bad relationships and get alongside our clients.
