Top Ten Money Making Movies Last Weekend

According to Box Office Mojo, these are the top box-office movies of last weekend.

Coming in at number ten on the list is, “Woman In Gold”. This movie stars Helen Mirren, Ryan Reynolds. It brought in $3,364,853 last weekend and has grossed $21,498,632 so far.

At number nine is, “Monkey Kingdom”, a nature documentary featuring Tina Fey narrating the film. Over the weekend it took in $3,441,840, giving it an overall total thus far of $10,148,952.

The number eight money making film of last weekend was, “Get Hard”, with Will Ferrell, Kevin Hart. This movie ended the weekend with $3,761,030, giving it $83,922,270 to date.

Number seven on the list for last weekend’s top ten money making movies is, “The Longest Ride”. Scott Eastwood, Britt Robertson and Alan Alda are the main stars of this film.

Making the list at number six is “Ex Machina”, the sci fi movie staring Alicia Vikander, Domhnall Gleeson and Oscar Isaac. It’s weekend box office was $5,349,500, making it’s total gross, $6,827,930.

“Unfriended”, the social media horror film made the list at number five after making $6,161,710 last weekend at the box office. That makes it’s top earnings so far, $25,075,475.

Clocking the number four spot on the list is the animated feature, “Home”. It’s weekend gross was, $8,005,648, putting it’s total at, $153,489,719.

Making the top ten at number three is, “The Age of Adaline”, with $13,203,458 as it’s weekend gross and total gross.

The number two spot goes to, “Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2”, which brought in $14,776,726, giving it a $43,224,910 total.

Topping the list at number one is “Furious 7”, bringing in $17,821,440, giving it an impressive total of $320,081,575 so far.

It will be nice to see if any of these movies make the list next week. Marcio Alaor BMG and others will just wait and see.
