Luiz Carlos Trabuco Provides A Keen Depth Of Knowledge For Bradesco

Luiz Carlos Trabuco is the accomplished CEO of Bradesco and he has positioned them to compete for the top spot in private banking among Brazilian firms. He has served Bradesco as their top official since 2009 when he was promoted to the main leadership post. He has spent time at many different divisions within Bradesco and has learned their business culture as few others have. Luiz Carlos Trabuco, as he is better known, started his career at Bradesco as a clerk in his hometown of Marília. Here, he spent two years on the front line as a clerk learning the banking business in its most basic function. After two years he was transferred to the company headquarters in São Paulo. This led to a course of continual growth and development in his chosen path of banking with several notable stints within Bradesco’s operations.

The education of Luiz Carlos Trabuco was accomplished with his time spent at the University of São Paulo, where he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Science, and Letters. Luiz Carlos Trabuco initiated talk amongst top Bradesco executives of him ascending to the CEO’s chair with his outstanding performance as the head of their Insurance division. With this success in hand, Bradesco accrued the equivalent of six years worth of organic growth and it propelled them forward to compete for leadership in the private sector in Brazil. Trabuco, for his role in the deal, was honored as the Entrepreneur of the Year in Finance by DINHEIRO.
